"I am not able to take screenshots."
Please follow the steps below to find solutions and provide the required details.
1. If only Full Page, Selected Area, and Take Screenshot & Extract Text appear dull and not available:
Solution 1:
Use Visible Part or Entire Screen & App Window instead. You can crop the image afterward using the annotation tools.
Solution 2:
Use the AwesomeScreenshot Desktop App for Windows or Mac to capture without browser limitations.
Reason:
Your browser has limited access to certain URLs for security reasons, including web store pages, other extension pages, pages starting with chrome://, and other restricted pages. The URL is on this restricted list.
2. If only the Full Page scrolling option can't work
Please provide the URL (website address) of the page for our investigation. Contact us via the Feedback option in our extension.
It would be better if you could provide the Console info of the page you attempted to capture, as well as the Console info of the Service Worker.
3. If all capturing options are not clickable:
Please provide the Console information of the pop-up menu of our extension.
1) Click our extension icon to open the extension pop-up menu in the affected browser profile.
2) Click any option that cannot work.
3) Right-click anywhere in the interface of our extension pop-up window.
4) Click "Inspect" from the menu.
5) Click the "Console" tab
6) Take a screenshot of all Console information and share it with us. You may also copy and paste all information shown in the Console and share it with us.
Before the issue is solved, you may create a new browser profile, such as a new Chrome profile, and install only our extension. Typically, the issue won't occur on a fresh browser profile.
Before the issue is solved, you may also use the Awesome Screenshot extension for other browsers, Awesome Screenshot Desktop App for Windows, or Awesome Screenshot Desktop App for Mac.
