A. If Capture after Countdown, Capture Selected Area, and Capture Entire Page appear dull and not clickable:
Solution 1:
Use Visible Part/Capture Visible Part of Page. You can crop the image afterward using the annotation tools.
Solution 2:
Use the AwesomeScreenshot Desktop App for Windows or Mac to capture without browser limitations.
Reason:
Your browser has limited access to certain URLs for security reasons, including web store pages, other extension pages, and other restricted pages. The URL is on this restricted list.
B. If only Full Page/Capture Entire Page can't work:
Please provide the URL (website address) of the page for our investigation.
C. If all capturing options are not clickable:

After you open the page, please follow the steps below:
1) Click Inspect next to "Awesome Screenshot: Screen capture, Annotate".
