How to provide the Console info of the page you attempted to capture

To provide a page Console log, please follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the page and select Inspect.

2. Click the Console tab.

3. Include all Console information in your email or feedback as a screenshot and/or by copying and pasting the text. You can set a delay for the Entire Screen & App Window option to capture the Console information using our browser extension. 

You can also use the AwesomeScreenshot Desktop App for Windows or AwesomeScreenshot Desktop App for Mac to capture the Console information. 

4. Provide us with the Console info by attaching it to your email or feedback.
