How to provide the record.html Console information for the Awesome Screenshot Chrome extension

To access and provide the record.html Console logs for the Awesome Screenshot Chrome Extension, there are two methods：

Method 1

1. Open our extension details page directly by entering the following web address:

chrome://extensions/?id=nlipoenfbbikpbjkfpfillcgkoblgpmj

2. Enable "Developer mode" from the top right area.

3. After the recording problem appears or you reproduce the recording problem, click "record.html" under "Inspect views".

4. Click the Console tab.

5. Provide us with a screenshot of all Console output. 

1) You can use our Chrome extension to capture this screenshot:

a. Click our Chrome extension icon.

b. Set a delayed time, such as 5 seconds, for "Entire Screen & App Window after delay" in our extension Options. 

c. Click Entire Screen & App Window in our extension.

d. Open the Console tab again and wait for the screenshot of the Console info to be captured.

2) You can also use the Awesome Screenshot Desktop App for Windows or the Awesome Screenshot Desktop App for Mac to capture this screenshot.

Method 2

After the problem appears or you reproduce the Record problem you have encountered: 

1. Click the Extensions icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

2. Select "Manage extensions" from the drop-down menu.

3. Find our extension and click Details.  

4. Follow steps 2 to 5 in Method 1.
