Keyword Search Limitation Update:
Keyword searches in My Items are now limited to:
- Latest 500 screenshots
- Latest 500 recordings
Note: Items beyond these limits cannot be found through keyword search.
Temporary Solution :
1. To access older items, please use the "Date Created" or "Date Modified" sorting options.
2. You may save recordings to Google Drive or Youtube directly.
Background:
Due to the growing volume of recorded videos in our cloud storage, extensive sorting operations are impacting server performance. We are actively working on a solution.
