Possible reasons and solutions:
- Please note that you have only upgraded to the Basic plan. For the Basic plan, the number of videos that the member can record is still limited. To record and access without limitations, you only need to pay the price difference of about $2/month to upgrade from the Basic plan to the Professional plan. Please click on the "Upgrade" option located under the "Professional" section on the page of https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/pricing after logging in. You will be able to view the price difference there.
- You have logged in using another email address which is not your paid account. Please note that the login email address of your paid account may be different from your payment email address. Please log in using the correct email address.
