Possible reasons:
1. You only upgraded to the Basic plan. For the Basic plan, the number of videos that can be recorded is limited. To enjoy unlimited recording and access, you can simply upgrade to the Professional plan or the Workspace Premium plan by paying the price difference of $2/month or $4/month respectively.
Please click Upgrade under the Professional section or another section under "For teams" on the page of https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/pricing after logging in. You will be able to view the price difference there.
2. You have not logged in using the correct email address associated with your paid account. Kindly ensure you log in by the correct email address.
