Solution A:
Do not upgrade to the Basic plan. Instead, upgrade to the Professional plan directly instead of upgrading from Basic for full access to advanced features. (Note: The Basic plan only offers unlimited screenshots, but limits recording numbers, download duration, and other advanced features.)

If you have already upgraded to the Basic plan, please contact customer support through your browser extension or desktop app to request a refund. You can then upgrade to the Professional plan.
