Your recent payment failed, but don't worry — your paid membership will be extended for a few days while our payment platform automatically attempts to process your payment up to three times.
1 For individual users with the Professional or Basic plan:
The updated payment information is unable to be processed immediately. Our payment platform will automatically process it after some time.
2 For workspace users with the Workspace Premium plan:
Users can manually click the update or process button in the workspace to process the updated information immediately. In fact, you can wait for our payment platform to automatically process it after some time.
