What payment proof should I provide if I request a refund, want to identify my paid account, need customer support to cancel my paid membership, or wish to transfer my paid membership

Please provide us with one or more of the following payment proofs. You can find our email address in the email titled "Your receipt from Diigo Inc.(Awesome Screenshot) # ..." or "Welcome to Awesome Screenshot". 

• ​Please send us the request from your payment email address, which may be different from your login email address. This will help us verify that you are the owner/holder of the account.
• A proof of payment, such as a receipt, invoice, receipt number, or invoice number. You can follow the instructions.

The format for the invoice number or receipt number is as follows.

• The last 4 digits of the card used for the payment and the most recent payment date.
• The PayPal email address, if the payment was made via PayPal.
