Please provide us with one or more of the following payment proofs. You can find our email address in the email titled "Your receipt from Diigo Inc.(Awesome Screenshot) # ..." or "Welcome to Awesome Screenshot".
- Please send us the request from your payment email address, which may be different from your login email address. This will help us verify that you are the owner/holder of the account.
- A proof of payment, such as a receipt, invoice, receipt number, or invoice number. You can follow the instructions.
The format for the invoice number or receipt number is as follows.
- Last 4 digits of your payment card + most recent payment date + full name on the card (to help locate your account more easily).
- If you paid using Link or another payment method that conceals the last 4 digits of your card, we are unable to search out your payment details using those digits. Please provide additional information, such as the email suffix associated with your payment (e.g., ending with @domainname.com).
- The PayPal email address, if the payment was made via PayPal.
