"How to get invoice or receipt?"; "How can I obtain my invoice or receipt?"
Method 1:
After your payment has been processed successfully, our system will automatically send you an email with the subject line "Your receipt from Diigo Inc. (Awesome Screenshot) #" in a few minutes. This email includes details of your purchase such as the date, amount, and item(s) purchased. Please check your email inbox to find or download your receipt or invoice.
Method 2:
1. For individual users with the Professional or Basic plan
2. For Workspace users with the Workspace Premium plan
1. For individual users with the Professional or Basic plan, to view or download your invoice(s) or receipt(s), please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Awesome Screenshot account.
- Go to "Settings" > "Billing". You can view your billing history and invoice(s) there.
- Find the invoice you need and click "Download invoice".
- The invoice or the receipt will be downloaded in PDF.
By default, your account email address will be shown as "Bill to." If you need to change the email address, please click Edit and remove the default one and enter the information you want.
2. For Workspace users with the Workspace Premium plan, to view or download your invoice(s) or receipt(s), please follow these steps:
- After logging in, click the Workspace name on the left bar.
- Click "Billing & Plans".
- Find the invoice you need and click "Download invoice." The invoice or the receipt will be downloaded in PDF.
