The current default recording format is Webmail. If a user chooses to download the video in MP4 format from our website/Cloud, the video will first be converted from Webmail to MP4.
Solution 1:
Download the video in the Webmail format. You can click on More next to the video, and then select "Download as WebM". There will be no converting process if you select to download the video in the Webmail format, so it is faster.
Solution 2:
Choose the Local mode to record and download the recording/video to your computer in the Webmail format.

Solution 3:
Choose the Local mode to record and save the recording/video directly to your Google Drive.

Note:
1. We are currently developing our new version, and this issue is expected to be resolved upon its launch.
2. Currently, paid users have priority in converting and downloading videos saved on our website/Cloud.
3. You can use other software to convert the video from the Webmail format to the MP4 format.
