Feedback Examples: "Short URL function not working", "Tiny link option is gone"
Now users can get short URLs only after uploading screenshots to our cloud. A full URL must be generated first before creating a short URL.

A. If you save screenshots to Local, follow these steps to get short URLs:
- Ensure "Auto-download screenshots" is disabled in Options.

After capturing the screenshot, click Upload to get shareable link on the screenshot result page.

From the top menu, click My items to access your account and locate the screenshot (usually under "My items").
- Click the thumbnail of the screenshot in your account (Awesome Screenshot Cloud).
- Click the three dots icon beside Share Link, and then select Get short URL.
B. If you save screenshots to our Cloud, follow these steps to get short URLs:
- Click the thumbnail of the screenshot in your account (Awesome Screenshot Cloud).
- Click Generate Shareable Link beside the screenshot.
3. Click the three dots icon beside Share Link, and then select Get short URL.
Reason:
In the past, services from tinyurl.com were completely free to use. However, their policy has recently changed, limiting the number of short URLs that free users can create to a small amount.
