A. How to turn on "Auto-download screenshots"
"I don't want to download a screenshot each time after it is captured. Is there any way to auto-download it to my computer?"
"Auto-download screenshots" is set to be disabled in Options by default. If you save screenshots to Local (your computer), to avoid screenshot loss and shorten workflow, you can turn on "Auto-download screenshots" in Options of our Chrome and Edge extension.
Click Allow when you are prompted with "Manage your downloads".
B. How to turn off "Auto-download screenshots"
"I used to be able to select if I wanted to save my screenshot as a PDF or a PNG. After screen grabbing, it would take me to a page with those options. Now, once the screengrab is completed, it simply goes to download a PNG."
You can turn off "Auto-download screenshots" in Options under "Applicable to Local".
Then, you will see the interface with Download, Copy, PDF, and Print.
