You may create a new browser profile in Chrome and only install our extension if you encounter Capture or Recording issues using the current profile.
- Click your profile icon from the top right corner.
- Select Add.
For other web browsers, such as Edge, you may search for 'how to create a new [browser name] profile' to get answers.
Note:
If this method resolves the issue, it indicates a problem with your previous browser profile. This could be caused by another extension conflicting with ours, among other potential profile-related issues. You can switch back to your previous profile and disable extensions one by one to identify which one is conflicting with ours.
