1. For individual users, to change/update/edit the information shown on the invoice, please follow the steps below.
- Click Edit on the page of Billing. You may also go to Settings which is in the top right area after logging in, and then click Billing.
- You can update your invoice details like the Account Email/Shown Email, Name/Company Name, Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip, and Tax ID. You can fill in your VAT number or other tax info in Tax ID. The email shown on the invoice can be your company/organization email address and it can be different from your account login email address.
- Click "Download invoice" after you update the invoice information.
- The new information will appear on the new downloaded invoices. There's no need to make changes each time.
2. For Workspace users, to edit the information shown on the invoice, please follow the steps below.
- Click the workspace name which is on the left bar after logging in.
- Click Billing & Plans, and then click Update Billing Info. You can Download Invoice which shows the updated billing information.
Currently, for Workspace Premium users, any changes made to the VAT Number and "Bill to" content will take effect in the next billing cycle. If you require these changes to be applied immediately, please send us an email from the email address associated with your paid Workspace Premium account. We will promptly prepare your invoice with the requested changes.
