A. Basic annotation tools (sidebar):
Click the three dots icon (located above the Clear All icon) to access more advanced annotation features. The annotations on the current page will be transferred to the advanced annotation page.

To crop a screenshot:
1. Click the Crop icon in the advanced annotation toolbar (horizontal toolbar).
2. When you hover the mouse cursor over the screen, it will change to "+". Press and hold the left mouse button while dragging the cursor to select the desired area.
3. You can adjust the selected area by dragging the circles on the edge of the selected area.
4. Click Crop on the top area.
To add a shape, arrow, or line:
- Select the rectangle, ellipse, arrow, or pen icon in the menu.
- Choose your preferred thickness and color.
- Click on the screenshot where you want to annotate.
- Hold your mouse, and then drag the annotation to your desired size.
To move an annotation:
- Hover over the border of the shape or line.
- Wait for your cursor to change to a cross arrow icon.
- Click and drag to move it to a new position.
To resize a shape or arrow:
- Click on the border of the shape or arrow to select it.
- Blue control points will appear on the borders.
- Drag any blue point to adjust the size.
To change an arrow's pointing direction:
- Click on the border of the arrow to select it.
- Blue control points will appear at both ends.
- Drag either blue point to adjust the direction.
To change the thickness or color of an annotation:
- Click on the border of the annotation to select it (blue control points will appear).
- Use the toolbar to adjust thickness or color.
To add an image/icon:
1. Click the image icon from the annotation toolbar.
2. Choose an image from your computer.
3. Drag the image to reposition it, or drag the blue edge points to resize it.
