1. When saving screenshots to Local:
If you save screenshots to Local (your computer), very long screenshots will be cut off. You can click "Download all x images" to get multiple files. If you prefer a single complete file, click "Download as PDF" to save the entire screenshot to your computer.
2. When saving screenshots to Awesome Screenshot Cloud:
If you save a screenshot to our cloud storage, a long screenshot can be saved as one complete file for most webpages.
However, extremely long webpages may not be fully captured. For these super long pages, please switch to save them to Local (your computer), and then you can completely capture the content on the webpage.
If you still cannot capture the page correctly, please contact us via the Feedback option in the browser extension and provide the URL (website address) of the page for our investigation.
