If you do not sign in or are on the Free or Basic plan, the recording duration is limited to 5 minutes per recording when saving recordings to Local (your computer).
B. "Please explain 'Up to 20 recordings' and 'Up to 6 hours per recording'. "
If you are on the Free or Basic plan, you can store up to 20 recordings for free in our Cloud (your awesomescreenshot.com account), with each recording limited to 6 hours in duration.
Currently, users with Free or Basic plans can download recordings from their first 20 recordings to a local computer. After downloading, users can delete these recordings from our Cloud storage to stay within their storage limit and continue recording for free. The maximum duration for each recording that Free or Basic plan users can download and edit is 1 hour.
C. "Trying to understand the concept of 100 screenshots."
1 If you are on the Free plan, you can store up to 100 screenshots for free in our Cloud (your awesomescreenshot.com account).
Users with the Free plan can delete these screenshots/images from our Cloud storage to stay within their storage limit and continue saving and capturing for free.
2 If you save screenshots to Local (your computer), there is no limit on the number of screenshots for any membership plan.
