How to blur out parts of a video

To blur out a part of a video, please follow steps below. 

1. Open a video in your account 
2. Click Edit video button on the right to open video editor  
3. In the lower left area of the editor, click the water icon to add a blur  
4. Mouse over and hold to drag the blur to the part you want to hide 

You can drag the white dot to adjust the blur size and adjust the intensity in the right panel.
