A. If you select the Local mode to capture a screenshot:
- You can manually download the screenshot to your computer. Click Download beside the screenshot after capturing.
Under the Local capturing mode, please note that if you close the tab or the window before downloading the screenshot to your computer, we will be unable to retrieve it for you.
2. For our Chrome and Edge extension, you can enable "Auto-download screenshots" in the extension Options to automatically download screenshots to your computer instead of manually clicking Download.
You may also click "Enable Auto Save to Cloud" to automatically back up screenshots to the Awesome Screenshot cloud.
B. If you select the Cloud mode to capture a screenshot:
Please click Download beside the screenshot after capturing.
