A. To find roles and permissions for your Awesome Screenshot workspace, you can go to that workspace.
- Click Members in that workspace
- Hover your mouse cursor over the ? icon beside Role
B. Roles and permissions can also be found here:
Workspace Owner:
- Manage billing and assign other Workspace Admins
- Invite and remove all Workspace Admins and Members
- All Workspace Admin and Member permissions
Workspace Admin:
- Invite and remove any Members, including Channel Owners
- Move any item to any folder in any channel
- Return any item to its creator
- All Member permissions
Channel Owner:
- Invite Members to the channel and remove Members from the channel
- Return any item in the channel to its creator
- All Member permissions
Member:
- Invite others to join
- Move items to different folders within the channel
- View and comment on all items in the channel
Note:
- All permissions apply within this workspace
- The user's highest role is displayed in a channel
- Item refers to a recording or an image
Actions not listed under the role are currently not permitted
