Your account of Awesome Screenshot & Recorder comes with a Workspace where you can collaborate with your team members in watching, sharing, and editing videos and screenshots together.
A Workspace might include an owner, some admins and many members.
Owner: The creator of the Workspace is the owner, who has the ability to manage billing information, assign administrators, invite and manage all members, and view and comment on all items (screenshots and videos) within the Workspace.
Currently, the creator does not have the capability to edit items created by other members. This feature is currently in our development plan.
Admin: An admin has the ability to invite and remove all other members. An admin can view and comment on all the items in the Workspace.
However, an admin cannot designate another member as an admin. Currently, admins do not have the capability to edit items created by other members. This feature is currently in our development plan.
Member: Members can be invited to the Workspace and have the ability to view and comment on all the items within it.
Understand Workspace and channel
A Workspace is like a cloud space where stores many videos and screenshots that allows team members to get access to. A channel is like a folder in the cloud space. As users might have hundreds of videos and screenshots, channels are desiged to help users organize the items well.
Users can create many channels in a Workspace and have different members in different channels.
