If your network connection is unstable, causing the upload to our Cloud to pause, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Open the desktop app.
- The upload will automatically resume, or you will be notified that the recording has been saved to your computer.
4. You can then upload the full recording to our cloud again.
