If you saved the recordings or screenshots to Awesome Screenshot's Cloud (awesomescreenshot.com):
A. For users with the Free plan
Deleted recordings (videos) and screenshots are kept in Trash for 3 days, after which they will be permanently deleted. Users can recover them from Trash within this 3-day period. After the 3-day period, the recordings (videos) will be deleted permanently.
B. For users with any paid plan
Deleted recordings (videos) and screenshots are kept in Trash for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted. Users can recover them from Trash within this 30-day period. After the 30-day period, the recordings (videos) will be deleted permanently.
C. If users manually delete items (recordings and screenshots) from Trash, the items will be permanently deleted.
Permanently deleting a recording (video) or a screenshot removes it from our servers forever. This cannot be undone — the data cannot be recovered, even by contacting support.
