If you save video recordings to Cloud, the recordings are saved in our Cloud (your account), usually in My Items.
If you save video recordings to Local, the recordings are saved in a local disk of your computer. Please follow the steps below to find them.
1. Click three dots from the top right corner on the app interface.
2. Click Local Items/Local Recordings from the drop-down menu.
You will find your local recordings there.
Note:
If your network connection is unstable, causing the upload to our cloud to pause, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Open the desktop app.
- The upload will automatically resume, or you will be notified that the recording has been saved to your computer.
- You can then upload the full recording to our cloud again.
