The Mic shows up in the dropdown list, but my sound was not included in the recording

Before recording, you can speak aloud to check if the indicator light turns green or blue. If it does, it indicates that the microphone is functioning properly. If the indicator light does not turn green or blue, it shows that the microphone is not working correctly. In such cases, please click the triangle next to the microphone icon to select another microphone source. 

If all microphone sources cannot work, you'll need to grant microphone access to your browser or desktop app.

Please allow Chrome or other browsers to access your Microphone by Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone.

Turn on/enable the button to allow the browsers and apps to access your microphone.

Note:

During the recoring process the microphone indicator does not change color.
