1. If you can still access your previous account on AwesomeScreenshot.com by logging in or through the associated email address to reset password to log in, you can simply sign in and change the associated email address by following the instructions.
If the email address is already registered but you no longer need access to the screenshots and videos in that account, you can delete the account. This will allow you to change the email address of your previous paid account to a new one. Alternatively, you can change the email address of your previous account to a new one that is not yet registered in our product.

b. If you can't provide payment proofs, please provide one or more of the following information, the more the better:

- The registration date of your account
- The first time payment date of your account
- The latest payment date of your account
- Other information that can further prove you are the owner of the account
With reasonable proof, we can provide you with a temporary password to log in.
2). If your login email address in our product has the company or organization name as the email suffix:
Our current policy prohibits granting access to users who can't sign in or reset login details using an email address with a company or organization suffix. These accounts are owned by the respective company/organization. If the email owner requests access to account content but someone else has signed in and deleted items, we can't assist.
If you can provide proof of payment for the previous account, we can transfer the remaining paid membership to your new account with the updated email address.
Please note that we can only transfer your paid membership to another account/email address that is registered on our site. However, we are unable to transfer any screenshots and videos saved in your previous account to another account.
If you still want to access the content from your previous account, kindly reach out to the current owner of the email address associated with that account. Request the email address owner/holder to email us from that address to confirm your access. If the previous email address is no longer active, contact the current owner or organization admin to send us an email from the official company email address ( (e.g. support@companydomain/organizationdomain, admin@companydomain/organizationdomain, or a similar official email address) to verify your access to the previous account on our website.
