For our browser extension such as Chrome extension, if clicking "Start Recording" does not work or the capturing functionality does not work, please provide details via Feedback in our extension.
After receiving your feedback, if we cannot figure out the reasons immediately, you may be asked to provide the following A and/or B.
A. Provide the Console information in "service worker".
B. Provide the Console information in "record.html".
A. Please follow the steps below to provide the Console information in "service worker".
1. You must click "Start Recording" first from that Chrome profile where "Start Reording" cannot initiate recording.
If the capturing functionality doesn’t work, please select the specific capturing mode first.
2. Click the Extensions icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser, and then select "Manage extensions" from the dropdown menu.
3. Enable "Developer mode" from the top right area.
4. Find our extension and click Details.
For steps 2 to 4, alternatively, you can open our extension details page directly by entering the following web address and enable "Developer mode".

5. Click "service worker" on this page.
6. Click Console
7. Click x messages and then provide us with a screenshot of the entire screen or copy and paste all messages shown there.
B. Please follow the steps below to provide the Console information in record.html.
1. Repeart steps 1 to 4 in A.
2. Click "record.html" on the Details page.
3.Click Console
