Currently, if you do not choose any tab, window, or the entire screen after clicking Start Recording, you will see the following notice when clicking our extension icon:
"Connecting to the server...
If the recording doesn't start after some time, click the 'Stop Sharing' button at the bottom of your screen, check your network, and then retry."
A. If you are using a computer with the Windows operating system
B. If you are using a computer with the MAC operating system
A. If you are using a computer with the Windows operating system, please follow the steps below.
1. Click the Browser icon such as Chrome from the bottom bar.
2. Choose the Window "Choose what to share with Awesome Screen Reorder & Screenshot".
3. Click Cancel, and then you can restart a recording.
B. If you are using a computer with the MAC operating system, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the Browser icon such as Chrome from the bottom bar.
2. Navigate to Window from the top bar, and then select "Choose what to share with Awesome Screen Reorder & Screenshot" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Cancel, and then you can restart a recording.
