"Your extension/App cannot work today. How to solve this problem?"
If our extension or app worked well, but it cannot work well today or recently. Please follow the steps below.
1. Remove our extension, install the latest version, restart your computer, and reopen the browser to try again.
2. If the issue persists, please use our website recorder to record the entire procedure and contact us to send us the shareable link of the recorded video.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly point out the issue using your mouse cursor and provide information on the time period when the issue occurs.
To access the website recorder, kindly log in and navigate to “New Item,” and then choose “Record video.”
We recommend you choose “Desktop -> Entire Screen” to record the whole procedure.
