Due to the increased usage volume from the growth in the number of users, network instability, and slow network speed in different locations, there may be prolonged uploading or downloading time. Additionally, there is a possibility that some parts or the entire recording/video may not be successfully uploaded to the AwesomeScreenshot Cloud/our server.
We have been adding servers to improve the speed from our end. You may try the Local recording mode from your end.
- Select Local from the drop-down menu which is above Start Recording of our extension to record.
- After the recording is completed, you can Upload it from My Local Recordings to AwesomeScreenshot.com so as to generate a shareable link or edit, and you can choose to Download the recording to your local disk.
Thus, the long-time uploading or downloading process can be avoided. Related instructions:
