Due to network problems, speed problems in different locations, or other reasons, the uploading/preparing process may take a long time, so some parts or the whole recording/video may not be uploaded to the Cloud/our server successfully.
How to deal with the speed problem of uploading or downloading? The solution that we recommend for the time being:
- Select the Local mode from the drop-down menu which is above Start Recording of the extension to record.
- After the recording is completed, you can Upload it from My Local Recordings to AwesomeScreenshot.com so as to generate a shareable link or edit, and you can choose to Download the recording to your local disk.
Thus, the long-time uploading or downloading process can be avoided. Related instructions:
